1. Agreement for Psychic Services

By engaging with The Gentle Medium ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") acknowledge and agree to the following terms for the provision of psychic and spiritual services:

• Scope of Services: Services provided include psychic readings, mediumship, intuitive guidance, spiritual coaching, and related consultations. These services are intended to offer insight, reflection, and personal empowerment.

• Non-Professional Advice: Our services are for entertainment, spiritual, and self-discovery purposes only. They do not substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Client is solely responsible for decisions made based on the services provided.

• No Guarantees: While we strive for accuracy and meaningful insights, psychic and mediumship readings are inherently interpretive and subjective. The Gentle Medium does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

• Voluntary Participation: Client participates voluntarily and acknowledges that all information shared during sessions is at their discretion. We respect confidentiality but cannot guarantee complete privacy if services are rendered via third-party platforms.

• Payment and Cancellation: Payment terms will be communicated prior to service delivery. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

• Intellectual Property: All materials, including readings, recordings, and writings provided by The Gentle Medium, remain our intellectual property. Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or resell content without written permission.

2. Disclaimer

• Entertainment and Insight Only: Psychic services offered by The Gentle Medium are for guidance and entertainment. They are not definitive or scientifically validated predictions.

• Use with Discretion: Client should exercise discernment and not rely solely on psychic information for important life decisions.

• No Liability: The Gentle Medium shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the services provided.

• Third-Party Platforms: If services are accessed via third-party platforms, additional terms and privacy policies may apply. The Gentle Medium is not responsible for the security or reliability of such platforms.

By proceeding with any services, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Psychic Services Agreement and Disclaimer. If Client does not agree to these terms, they should not engage with The Gentle Medium’s services.
